Instant Issue is available for all debit cards, including personal, Health Savings Accounts, and business; as well as personal Visa credit cards. To get a replacement, simply visit your nearest CNB office (excluding Springfield), and request a new card. The Customer Service Representative will take care of disabling your old card and print a brand new card while you wait. Credit cards take slightly longer to process than debit cards. Additionally, this service is also available for those opening new checking accounts and customers may walk out the door with an active debit card right after opening their account!
