Citizens National Bank (CNB) has named Jeff Stratton as VP/Business Banking Officer of their Findlay office. In this position, Stratton is responsible for establishing new commercial relationships for CNB, as well as analyzing current customer portfolios on a regular basis.
Jeff has nearly 8 years of experience in the banking industry, formerly serving as a commercial lender, customer service manager, monitoring analyst, and EDP support underwriter. Stratton has also been on the other side of the table as a banking customer while a sales and financial manager at Stratton Greenhouses, Inc. Rick Beverly, SVP/Findlay City President, said of Stratton, "We are impressed with Jeff's knowledge and background in banking and commercial lending, and excited to see how he can contribute to our team. I am truly proud to welcome Jeff into our Findlay office."
Stratton graduated from Miami University in Oxford, OH with a bachelor's degree in Business Finance. Jeff is a member of Wednesday Morning Rotary in Findlay and is also an active member of English Lutheran Church, where he serves as a youth leader and Sunday School teacher. Most recently, Stratton was a Class of 2014 graduate of the Hancock Leadership program. Jeff resides with his wife Leisa and two children: Caroline and Theodore "Teddy".
