Citizens National Bank (CNB) has named Rhonda Hogrefe as Findlay Branch Manager. In this position, Hogrefe is responsible for branch oversight, including sales and financial performance. She will focus on coaching her team in best practices for sales and service. In addition she will continue her duties as retail/mortgage lender for the Findlay office.
Hogrefe is a Findlay native and has worked in the banking industry for 10 years. She began working at Citizens National Bank in 2008 as a customer service representative, adding lending to her duties in 2011. Rick Beverly, SVP/Findlay City President, said of Hogrefe, "Rhonda always goes out of her way to make our customers feel at home. I'm excited to see what her enthusiasm and professionalism will bring to this new role."
Rhonda is a resident of Findlay and has two children. Josh, her oldest, is a student at The Ohio State University in Columbus, and her daughter, Kara, is a senior at Liberty Benton High School.
